He currently serves as a Managing Director at Lotus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm specializing in infrastructure investments along the entire value chain of energy and related sectors as well as other industries that benefit from sustainability and energy transition trends. Prior to Lotus, Mr. Pletka held similar positions in BlackRock’s Energy & Power private equity team and at Quantum Energy Partners.
