Louie Reckford

Louie Reckford is the Policy and Regulatory Manager at Captona. He is responsible for advancing Captona’s policy agenda and monitoring policy and regulatory developments related to Captona’s portfolio of energy transition assets. Louie previously served as a legislative staffer in the United States Senate for five years and as a Policy Advisor at Foreign Policy for America. He holds an M.S. in Global Affairs specializing in energy and environmental policy from New York University and a B.A. in Political Science from U.C. Santa Barbara.
