Devraj Banerjee

Devraj (Dev) Banerjee serves as VP, Renewables & Structuring at Ambient Fuels, a green hydrogen developer. Dev is primarily responsible for sourcing renewable energy supply for Ambient Fuels’ projects including meeting requirements for the clean hydrogen tax credit under IRA Section 45V. He joined Ambient Fuels more than 2 years ago after spending 6 years in Origination and Power Marketing within EDF Renewables’ Grid-scale Power business. Previously, he spent more than 8 years in a variety of consulting and corporate strategy roles including work in corporate sustainability and electric utilities. Dev holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
